PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The E-S500 Estate Swing Classic Single Swing Gate Opener meets the highest
standards in safety. To begin with, the E-S500 Estate Swing meets and exceeds UL
325 standards for anti-crushing safety. The diligent observation of safety
standards ensures that this Estate Swing electric gate not only meets safety
requirements, but also offers superior quality.
The E-S500 Estate Swing also offers convenient operation options. The low
voltage system eliminates the need to run 110 AC to the gate; a low voltage wire
that plugs into a household outlet within 200’ of the operator is sufficient.
Power is drawn directly from the 24 V transformer, so this Estate Swing electric
gate is capable of constant duty; this means that it can run many cycles
consecutively without draining a battery (since the optional batteries are only
backup).
Finally, the Estate Swing E-S500 has no learning procedure, so that it runs
from one limit to the other without having to learn the procedure from the
processor. Few other automatic openers have this convenient feature.
Additionally, it has magnetic limit switches which are more reliable than
mechanical limit switches. These limit switches are adjustable, as are the
brackets, allowing installation for a variety of situations. The E-S500 is also
compatible with a variety of accessories.

- Reliable, Time-tested Design - The Classic series of the
Estate Swing is the identical design of the first electro-mechanical driveway
gate opener. This design has been used for over 30 years and is still in use

exterior of the arm; simply slide them to the desired location and secure by
tightening a screw. Secondly, both the open and closed point is adjustable;
