The E-S302 Estate Swing also offers convenient operation options. The low voltage gate system eliminates the need to run 110 AC to the electronic gate; a low voltage wire that plugs into a household outlet within 200’ of the driveway gate operator is sufficient. Power is drawn directly from the 24 V transformer, so this Estate Swing electric gate is capable of constant duty; this means that it can run many cycles consecutively without draining a battery (since the optional batteries are only backup).

Finally, the Estate Swing E-S302 has no learning procedure, so that it runs from one limit to the other without having to learn the procedure from the processor. Few other automatic gate openers have this convenient feature. Additionally, it has magnetic limit switches which are more reliable than mechanical limit switches.
