The E-S300 Estate Swing Classic
Single Swing Gate Opener meets the highest standards in safety. To begin with,
the E-S300 Estate Swing meets and exceeds UL 325 standards for anti-crushing
safety. The diligent observation of safety standards ensures that this Estate
Swing electric gate not only meets safety requirements, but also offers superior
quality.
The E-S300 Estate Swing also
offers convenient operation options. The low voltage system eliminates the need
to run 110 AC to the gate; a low voltage wire that plugs into a household outlet
within 200’ of the swing gate operator is sufficient. Power is drawn directly
from the 24 V transformer, so this Estate Swing electric gate is capable of
constant duty; this means that it can run many cycles consecutively without
draining a battery (since the optional batteries are only backup).
Finally, the Estate Swing E-S300
has no learning procedure, so that it runs from one limit to the other without
having to learn the procedure from the processor. Few other automatic openers
have this convenient feature. Additionally, it has magnetic limit switches which
are more reliable than mechanical limit switches. The E-S300 is also compatible
with a variety of accessories.

gate opener. This design has been used for over 30 years and is still in use
around the globe. This is the design that started it all by demonstrating that

No Learning Procedure - This intelligent control board
allows the user to run the Estate Swing gate opener once everything is wired in.
Other electric gate controllers require a learning procedure that may require
repeated reconfiguring. This Estate Swing electric gate eliminates all those
hassles.

Large Opening Arch Capabilities - The E-S300 is able to
open driveway gate systems up to 110 degrees, well beyond most other swing gate
openers. This large opening arch accommodates properties with curved
driveways.

Large, 24V Motor - It is one of the largest motors
available for any residential automated gate opener. It is capable of handling
gate systems up to 600 lbs, which is more than many heavily ornamented electric
gates weigh.

Advanced Gear System - The advanced gear system is

gear design of this motor enhances reliability and control, and cuts down on
overall wear and tear on the swing gate motor.

Adjustable Magnetic Limit Switches - The limit switches on
this Estate Swing actuator are easy to adjust because they are on the exterior
of the arm; simply slide them to the desired location and secure by tightening a
screw. Secondly, both the open and closed point is adjustable; this allows more
flexibility for adjusting the stopping points after the brackets are bolted into
place. Lastly, they are magnetic so there are no components to wear out from
repeated contact.

Adjustable Soft Start/Soft Stop - This feature eases the
wear and tear on the electric gate. During a normal cycle, the gate operator
automatically slows the motion of the driveway gate near the stop points so the
automatic driveway gate closes smoothly and with minimal impact. This Estate
Swing electric gate allows the user to manually set an adjustment for when the
soft stop begins to allow for faster run times. This feature, too, requires no
learning procedure.

exceeding many safety standards, this Estate Swing electric gate's safety
devices function on a normally closed circuit. This means that if a safety
